A) Our PSC's are typically open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday
through Sunday. Exact hours of operation are listed for each facility on our

Q) How do I set-up an account with Biodel Lab?
A) Contact us online at www.biodellab.org.ng
Q) What do I need to bring with me when I am sent to a Biodel
Lab for testing?
A) A written order (with all required diagnosis information) from
your physician requesting laboratory testing. You will also need a current
insurance identification card (Medicare, private insurance, or PPO). If you do
not have insurance, Biodel Lab will accept cash or a personal check as
payment.
